RETURN AND EXHANGE
Should you wish to return an item, please take note:
- Merchandise is subject to a return and exchange policy.
- It must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- It must be returned in its original condition.
- Merchandise must not have been tampered with.
- Return and exchange processing time will vary depending upon the type of product.
- Shipping charges for the exchanges will be your responsibility to pay.

For damaged products or item error (item received was not item ordered) please notify us within 5 days of receiving shipment. Please provide us details regarding the product’s defect, together with your order number. You may get in touch with us at email@example.com We will attempt to replace your defective product, depending on the product’s availability. If a replacement cannot be made, you can choose another product. Please note that refunds will not be allowed.
